This weekend marks the beginning of Spring Break, an amazing time for kids and a stressful time for parents. Planning activities to keep your kids busy and active is tough for an entire week. Jacksonville Ice public ice skating sessions are the perfect place for the little ones to get their wiggles out! It’s just $12 a session and you can save $2 when you bring your own skates!
We have early hours that make it easy to skate in the snow and get home before nap time. Monday through Friday there’s a skating session from 10 am – 12 pm, which is the perfect time to get the kids out early with an active experience. Tuesday night is our Family BOGO Night, which means two sessions are just $12 – $6 per person! We are also open to the public Friday and Saturday evenings and Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Click here for all hours of operations and daily specials.
Jacksonville Ice believes that EVERYONE deserves a snow day. Each public ice skating session has snowfall, transporting our guests to a winter wonderland!
Having fun can also work up an appetite, and the Snack Shack is the perfect place to grab a meal after skating in the snow. We have a wide variety on our menu, so everyone in the family will find something to fill up on.
If your child catches the ice skating bug during a trip to Jacksonville Ice, we have Learn to Skate programs that lay down a solid foundation for them. Our schedule is flexible, and we have coaches for all ages. Watch your child gain confidence and become more athletic all while enjoying their new hobby on the ice. These classes create a solid knowledge in technique and skill perfect for figure skating or hockey.
No matter what the weather is like this Spring Break, we keep the kids active at Jacksonville Ice, and you can skate, too, or just sit back, relax and watch them have fun! At just $12 a session, this budget-friendly activity is easy on the wallet and a new adventure for the family!
